Notice has been given that:

Amick Farms LLC, requests a (construction) permit to construct or operate WINGS control device for Truck Pits 1 and 2 at their 10281 Amick Drive, Delmar, Sussex County facility. The receiving pits with the WINGS will be permitted to emit 1.56 TPY PMTOTAL, 0.23 TPY PM10 and 0.039 TPY PM2.5 by Permit# APC-2004/0751-CONSTRUCTION (Amendment 5).

Amick Farms LLC, requests a (construction) permit to construct or operate WINGS control device for Truck Pit 3 at their 10281 Amick Drive, Delmar, Sussex County facility. The receiving pit with the WINGS will be permitted to emit 0.0467 TPY PMTOTAL, 0.0069 TPY PM10, and 0.0012 TPY PM2.5 by Permit# APC-2017/0126-CONSTRUCTION (Amendment 2).

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending July 21, 2025. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
