Project Description: Artesian Wastewater Management, Inc. has submitted an application for a Construction Permit for an On-site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System for two Rapid Infiltration Basins. The existing system has been designed to accommodate 300,000 gallons per day of wastewater. The proposed construction consists of two 87’ x 158’ basins, and approximately 300’ of 8” PVC pipe. The proposed basins are located on the north and south side of the existing basins near the intersection of Harbeson Road and Meadow Creek Drive.
