Non-Discrimination Policy

This office has under consideration the applications of:

Hartly DE Solar CSS, LLC – to install a culvert in an unnamed tributary to Tapahanna Ditch, at 1804 Hartly Road, Hartly, Kent County, DE.

Michael and Melissa Strunk – to modify an existing docking facility in White Creek, at 135 Naomi Drive, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE.

Joseph Tate – to utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Cedar Creek, Lot 203 Bay Road, Slaughter Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Jean L. Wetzel – to utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Indian River, 32464 River Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Nadine M. Noble – to utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Lewes and Rehoboth Canal, at 95 Tidewaters, Henlopen Acres, Sussex County, DE.

David Draper – to construct a docking facility in Silver Lake, at 213 Walker Road, Dover, Kent County, DE.

Evelyn Abel – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Burton Prong, at 24442 Dogwood Lane, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Christopher and Jill Aiello – To construct a docking facility and install a riprap revetment for shoreline stabilization in Bethany Beach Canal, at 975 Sandbar Court, Bethany Beach, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
