Notice is hereby given that an application for a permit for construction seaward of the DNREC Building Line has been filed by Mike Briglia to mechanically scrape sand from the beach to rebuild the dune on tax parcel 134.5.00-118.00, Tower Shores Beach Community, Sussex County, Delaware, pursuant to the revised “Regulations Governing Beach Protection and the Use of Beaches” of the State of Delaware (effective August 11, 2016).
