Hearings and Forum June 24, 2025, in Lewes –
The Coastal Zone Industrial Control Board will hold a hearing on an appeal by Atlantic Concrete Company of a decision by the DNREC Secretary requiring a permit for a proposed activity at their facility on Old Orchard Road, in Lewes.
The DNREC Administrative Law Section oversees legal processes related to regulatory development and environmental permitting. It conducts public hearings and works with the state Registrar of Regulations to ensure that DNREC’s regulations are properly published in the monthly Register of Regulations and as part of the Delaware Administrative Code.
